Shipping Policy
Minimum purchase is required for all online sales and local deliveries - minimum purchase is 6 bottles. These can be mixed.

There are no minimum purchase requirements for orders to be picked up at the cellar door, however you will need to contact us directly to place your order - info@2wildsouls.com.au.

Shipping is $30 for all wine orders to all states and territories. Shipping is only available in Australia.

Return & Refund Policy
We will replace or refund you for any bottles that are damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask that the customer returns the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement at your own expense.

By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of mead that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or mead that is ordered in error. Please email info@2wildsouls.com.au to arrange for the return or refund of an order.

Once the mead is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact us for return instructions.
